I'd recommend trying it out for yourself and seeing if you like it or not. The rollout wasn't perfect, it lacked a lot of extension support at the initial release, but I'd argue the browser as it presently is works perfectly. The people who spammed Firefox with 1 star ratings, for the most part, are nincompoops who either weren't aware the update would happen or can't figure out something as simple as going to the browser settings to change the position of the address bar. This was already the norm in Firefox Nightly/Preview for a while, if not Beta as well. Around August 2020, Mozilla rolled out a complete reworking of the Firefox Android UI known as 'Daylight'.
